Judith Perrault is a Registered Dietitian and a member of the Ordre des Diététistes Nutritionnistes du Québec (ODNQ). She completed her bachelor degree in Nutrition and her master’s degree in Sports Nutrition at the University of Montreal.
Judith has always been passionate about clinical nutrition and sports nutrition and has nearly 15 years of experience in nutritional consultation.
Over the years, she has acquired a breadth of experience in various areas of clinical nutrition such as chronic diseases, irritable bowel syndrome and the FODMAP approach. In recent years, Judith has developed a particular interest in eating disorders. Seeing that a growing number of clientele are struggling with significant concerns about weight and food, she has expanded her knowledge and skills in this field by focusing her training and integrating a specific mentoring program for eating disorders. In addition, being specialized in sports nutrition, her knowledge and understanding of performance issues allow her to help and support many athletes suffering from eating disorders. Judith works with athletes of all levels; she has collaborated with national teams affiliated with the INSQ and is associated with Excellence Sportive Montérégie.
Outside of work Judith likes to do outdoor activities and appreciates good meals in good company. Judith also likes to spend time with her boys cooking or gardening.
