Judith Perrault, M.Sc., Dt. P is a Registered Dietitian and a member of the Ordre des Diététistes Nutritionnistes du Québec (ODNQ). She completed her bachelor’s degree in nutrition and her master’s degree in Sports Nutrition at the University of Montreal. 

Judith’s passion for clinical and sports nutrition has been the driving force throughout her nearly 15 years of experience in consultation. In recent years Judith began to see that a growing number of clients were struggling with significant concerns around weight and eating, and that led her to focus on the development and implementation of an integrated and specific mentoring program for eating disorders. 

Judith’s specialization in sports nutrition and knowledge and understanding of performance means she has a unique specialization in helping athletes or active individuals suffering from eating disorders. Judith works with active individuals of all levels; she has collaborated with national teams affiliated with the INSQ and is associated with Excellence Sportive Montérégie.

Outside of work Judith likes to do outdoor activities and appreciates good meals in good company. Judith also likes to spend time with her boys cooking or gardening.
