Here are some helpful sleep hygiene tips to help you get the rest you need:

  • Focus on the idea of rest versus sleep
  • Create a sleep routine/ ritual
  • Stick to a consistent bedtime and wake up time
  • Relaxing activity before bed (bathe, read, light stretching)
  • Avoid using technology before bed
  • Limit caffeine and alcohol intake
