Alone Time

Pandemic alone time hard to come by? Time alone is even tougher to get during lockdown, and we can get irritable, craving alone time, feeling guilty…

It’s ok to take time for yourself !

Here are a few strategies to get some time for yourself: 

  • Waking up before others in the household
  • Taking turns with a partner for childcare to get a little time alone (everyone benefits!)
  • Make a point of going for a walk alone 
  • Taking a bath (lock that bathroom door)!
