At a time when it feels like so much is out of our control…

What are some of the things you DO have control over?

Some examples: 

  • getting sufficient sleep
  • eating balanced meals
  • scheduling time to check in with a friend by phone or online
  • going for a walk outside and enjoying some fresh air

Try and identify 3 things you can control this week and try and take action to make them happen!
