Jessica Di Sante, PhD

Clinical Psychologist
Languages of practice: English, French

Dr. Jessica Di Sante is a clinical psychologist and member of the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec. She completed her PhD at McGill University, with clinical training across diverse public and private settings including Connecte Psychology, The Douglas Eating Disorders Continuum, and the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) Personality Disorders Program and Bariatric Surgery Unit. She has experience working with adults experiencing emotion regulation and relational difficulties, eating disorders and disordered eating, anxiety and depression, perfectionism, self-criticism and shame, and life transitions. Beyond diagnostic labels, she works with the various forms of human struggle – all the ways we can feel stuck, the patterns that don’t serve us, and the habits that sometimes work against us.

Jessica’s practice integrates psychodynamic psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She is currently training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Schema Therapy. Her clients describe her as warm, genuine, and non-judgmental, sharing her observations with compassion and transparency. Her approach balances acceptance and change: understanding why her clients’ difficulties developed while also cultivating new ways of being that align with their values. She believes that understanding why our patterns make sense empowers transformation toward more intentional ways of being. Her goal goes beyond symptom reduction; ultimately, she aims to accompany her clients toward living their most authentic and fulfilling lives.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading and diving deep into whichever topic she’s currently passionate about, writing, practicing yoga, walking or running with her dog, and connecting with loved ones. She finds her greatest joy surrounded by nature, her pup, and her favourite people.
