Despite all the knowledge about the benefits of exercise and good eating, for both physical and mental health, people find it difficult to maintain good habits; this is most often due to difficulties with some of the topics covered in our psychological skills training module (“bad” habits, no time, difficulty planning, stress, mind-body disconnect). She can also explain how to eat for increased energy, giving you tips and foods for vibrancy in the workplace and at home. Check out our dietician's website, Motive Nutrition, to learn more.
